Alaina and I are both really enjoying Mac DeMarco’s new one, 2, right now. It’s one of those albums that is instantly infectious and results in multiple plays with no “getting sick of” factor in sight. Plain and simple, it’s brilliant stuff. 2 was released on 10/16 via Captured Tracks as a follow up to Mac’s debut, Rock and Roll Nightclub. The 21 year old may be a self proclaimed hygiene-phob, but he has the cleanest sounds. I give you one my favorite tracks from 2, “Freaking Out The Neighborhood”.
